Kristy Moseley was born in Hertfordshire, England.
She lives in Norfolk with her husband and son and she self-published her first book, ‘The Boy Who Sneaks in My Bedroom Window,’ in April 2012.
Blurb: Amber Walker and her older brother, Jake, have an abusive father. One night her brother's best friend, Liam, sees her crying and climbs through her bedroom window to comfort her. That one action sparks a love/hate relationship that spans over the next eight years.
Liam is now a confident, flirty player who has never had a girlfriend before. Amber is still emotionally scarred from the abuse she suffered at the hands of her father. Together they make an unlikely pair.
Their relationship has always been a rocky one, but what happens when Amber starts to view her brother's best friend a little differently? And how will her brother, who has always been a little overprotective, react when he finds out that the pair are growing closer? Find out in The Boy Who Sneaks in My Bedroom Window.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Boy Who Sneaks in My Bedroom Window is an amazingly well written book. Amber is our main protagonist; she portrays a lot of the teenage characteristics that an average teenager has, the same sorts of problems on a basic level.
Yet on a deeper level, Amber has a much darker history behind her. Her character is round, her personality is finely crafted and her story is beyond amazing.
The storyline, the plot, the themes, the techniques, it’s all crafted to as close to perfection as can be. The story is enticing from the very beginning. It’s a gripping, tense and suspenseful story about Amber.
Her relationship with her brother’s best friend, Liam is only the beginning of the story; like many great and well written romance stories, Moseley’s novel is filled with a mixture of romance, suspense and a great hook!
I’ve read many of Moseley’s books, but ‘The Boy Who Sneaked in My Bedroom Window’ was the first book of Moseley’s that I read and I’ve been hooked ever since. I look forward to reading many more of Moseley’s books to come in the future.
